This Privacy Policy explains how ApexRockets ("ApexRockets", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website or contact us. It is written to reflect the requirements of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and other applicable privacy laws. This page is provided for general information and is not legal advice.

1. Who we are

ApexRockets builds websites, advertising, tracking, and follow-up systems for local service businesses. For the purposes of the GDPR, ApexRockets is the data controller of personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at contact@apexrockets.com.

2. Information we collect

Free makers and writing tools: your draft text, customer details, review link, job photos and uploaded logo are processed in your browser page. These tools do not upload or save that content on our servers. Downloads are saved to your device. Closing or refreshing the page clears the draft. Message, signature, description and reply tools prepare content for you to review and copy; they do not send or publish it. If you separately submit a Free Growth Audit request, only that contact form’s details are sent; your tool entries, photos and files are not attached.

a. Information you give us

When you submit our audit or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the goal you select, along with any message content. We use this to respond to your enquiry and provide the service you requested.

b. Information collected automatically

We use DataFast to understand how visitors find and use our website. DataFast receives page addresses, referring pages, IP addresses and browser/device information, and records page views, section views, button clicks, video progress, form activity and tool usage. Custom interaction events use fixed labels and do not include values entered into forms or tools. DataFast also records outbound link addresses and link text. We remove unsupported query parameters before analytics loads and restrict campaign information to approved values.

DataFast uses pseudonymous browser identifiers to connect activity across pages and returning visits. These identifiers do not tell us a visitor’s name or reliably connect different browsers or devices. We do not link analytics records to contact-form enquiries. Browser restrictions, clearing cookies and private browsing can limit recognition. Our hosting provider may process technical data in server logs for security and reliability.

c. Sensitive information

We do not ask for or intentionally collect special-category / sensitive personal information (such as health, religion, or precise geolocation). Please do not include such information in form messages.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use first-party DataFast analytics cookies to recognise returning browsers and understand visitor journeys. They are not necessary for the website’s core functions and are not used by us for advertising or cross-site tracking.

The visitor identifier and first-visit timestamp cookies last up to 365 days from creation. The session-count cookie lasts up to 365 days, renewed each session. The session identifier lasts up to 30 minutes, renewed after recorded events. Browsers may shorten these periods. DataFast also uses session storage to avoid duplicate page-view counts.

You can manage or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent recognition across visits without preventing all analytics events. Private browsing does not itself disable analytics.

4. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and deliver your requested Growth Audit or services.
  • To communicate with you about your request and our services.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Legal bases (GDPR). Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (when you submit a form); performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business and website (balanced against your rights); and legal obligation where required.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We disclose information only to service providers / processors who help us operate, under contracts that limit their use of the data:

  • Web3Forms: delivers your form submissions to our inbox.
  • DataFast: website analytics, including aggregate reports and pseudonymous browser-level activity histories.
  • Our hosting / email providers: to host the site and receive messages.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

6. International data transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an adequacy decision.

7. Data retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and manage your enquiry and our relationship, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. Analytics records may include pseudonymous browser identifiers and activity histories. Cookie lifetimes describe storage in your browser; they do not specify how long DataFast retains analytics records.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR)

Subject to conditions, you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; access and delete it; correct inaccurate information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process sensitive personal information for purposes that require a "limit" option. Because we do not sell or share, no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action is technically necessary, but you may still contact us to confirm and exercise any right. You may use an authorized agent to submit requests.

Australia, Canada, and other regions

Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under laws such as the Australian Privacy Act / APPs, Canada's PIPEDA, Brazil's LGPD, and others. We honor these rights where they apply.

How to exercise your rights

Email contact@apexrockets.com with your request. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Exercising your rights is free, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

10. Children's privacy

Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the age defined by your local law). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, client websites). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where required, provide additional notice.
