Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ApexRockets is a customer acquisition company that builds websites, advertising, tracking, and follow-up systems for local service businesses. For the purposes of the GDPR, ApexRockets is the data controller of personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at contact@apexrockets.com.

2. Information we collect

a. Information you give us

When you submit our audit or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the goal you select, along with any message content. We use this to respond to your enquiry and provide the service you requested.

b. Information collected automatically

We use DataFast, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, to understand aggregate website usage (for example, page views, referring sites, country, and device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to build advertising profiles or to identify you personally. Our hosting provider may also process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser user-agent) in server logs for security and reliability.

c. Sensitive information

We do not ask for or intentionally collect special-category / sensitive personal information (such as health, religion, or precise geolocation). Please do not include such information in form messages.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (DataFast) does not set tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the website to function. Because we do not use non-essential cookies, a cookie-consent banner is generally not required; however, your browser controls still let you manage or block cookies.

4. How we use your information

Legal bases (GDPR). Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (when you submit a form); performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business and website (balanced against your rights); and legal obligation where required.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We disclose information only to service providers / processors who help us operate, under contracts that limit their use of the data:

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

6. International data transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an adequacy decision.

7. Data retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and manage your enquiry and our relationship, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. Aggregated analytics data is retained in non-identifying form.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR)

Subject to conditions, you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; access and delete it; correct inaccurate information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process sensitive personal information for purposes that require a "limit" option. Because we do not sell or share, no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" action is technically necessary, but you may still contact us to confirm and exercise any right. You may use an authorized agent to submit requests.

Australia, Canada, and other regions

Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under laws such as the Australian Privacy Act / APPs, Canada's PIPEDA, Brazil's LGPD, and others. We honor these rights where they apply.

How to exercise your rights

Email contact@apexrockets.com with your request. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Exercising your rights is free, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

10. Children's privacy

Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the age defined by your local law). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, client websites). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where required, provide additional notice.
