How this works
This planner covers one person or crew, using local wall-clock times. It merges overlapping working periods and commitments, then fits jobs plus buffers into the remaining space. The shown job end excludes the buffer, but the space used includes it. It does not sync with a calendar or confirm bookings. Overnight periods must be split into separate days.
A worked example
Monday 09:00–12:00 with a 10:00–10:30 commitment has five 30-minute spaces with no buffer, or three spaces with a 15-minute buffer.
Is my real calendar included?
Only the commitments you enter are included. Check that they are current before offering a time. Imported calendar tasks are planning holds, not customer bookings.
What happens to my data?
Entries remain in this page while it is open. Download anything you want to keep. The optional audit form is separate. This preview simulates audit requests; nothing is sent.
