How this works
Open and waiting quotes with a next follow-up on or before your review date appear in Today. Quotes without a next date stay unscheduled. Accepted, declined and do-not-contact quotes stay out of your action list. The open value includes amounts entered for open and waiting quotes.
A worked example
Try an example loads five fictional quotes. Two due quotes total $1,500, and an unscheduled $350 quote brings known open value to $1,850. One upcoming quote has no amount. The accepted $800 quote is excluded.
Does this send reminders?
No. Calendar downloads create tasks for you. This tool does not send messages or run reminders in the background.
What happens to my data?
