How this works
The next service date comes from the last completed service plus your chosen interval. Month-end dates clamp to the last valid day of the next month. Active and contacted customers can be due; booked, paused and do-not-contact customers stay outside the action list. Record the actual completion date to start a new cycle. Being due does not establish permission to market to someone.
A worked example
A service completed on 31 January 2026 with a one-month interval is next due on 28 February. On 27 February with a seven-day look-ahead it appears in Due soon.
Does marking contacted restart the service interval?
No. Only recording a completed service changes the last completed date. Contacted customers remain visible with a distinct status.
